Braxton has been awarded a Phase I SBIR by AFRL to continue developing a concept that will leverage existing infrastructure and successfully demonstrated prototypes, already in use by the Air Force. AceSOC will extend the technology to provide a virtual SOC for satellite providers to contact their LEO constellations. The benefits/innovations of this approach to both military and commercial applications include economy of scale cost reductions, providing simultaneous LEO contacts, providing a core application framework within an open Campus concept so other commercial companies can participate, providing capabilities to supplement with other companies for mission operations, allowing commercial companies to maintain control of their own constellations, or having Braxton manage their constellations for them.
